Whether you’re building your dream house or still shopping for a place to call your own, you may need to temporarily store your belongings before moving into your new home. If so, All My Sons movers will safely transport your items to its climate-controlled, company-run storage units until you’re ready for them.

All My Sons claims to have low storage prices, but pricing information isn’t available online—you’ll have to call the company directly.

We love that the storage units are run by All My Sons so your move is not outsourced, but we don’t like that storage locations are limited. All My Sons' storage units are not available in all states, so you should confirm availability before relocating.

For instance, if you’re moving from Colorado to California with All My Sons, you could store your belongings in an All My Sons storage unit in Colorado before your move but would not have that option once in California.

While All My Sons representatives were excellent to work with by phone—we love the fast customer service—we can’t guarantee the work of the company’s individual moving professionals.

Some verified reviews rave about the local teams, while others lament added fees, stolen items, poor service, and broken home goods that were not replaced or repaired.

For long-distance moves, All My Sons Moving & Storage has all the tools needed to provide a great moving experience. But when relocating locally (i.e. within state lines) check that the company has a local office in your state—they cannot move you or provide storage if they do not.

    If I could give a negative rating I would.
    I was on the schedule for an 830 to 10 am arrival. At 10 I called to find out where they were. Dispatch told me where they were based on GPS. More than an hour away. Couldn’t tell me why they were running late. Of course no one called either to say that there was a delay. Having decided that they had wasted enough time out of my day for nothing I cancelled.
    I have emailed twice since then to inquire about my deposit. I was there. They were not. I do not feel as though they deserve the deposit. So far no one has responded to me or even acknowledged me.
    Save your money and use someone else. These guys are a joke.
    The email address on their webpage is not active!!!

  • I was very impressed with Malik and his crew from Charleston , SC. They arrived on time and got right to work. They carefully wrapped and packed our furniture to put in storage.i will definitely use them again when I move.

  • Let me start with saying that this is my 3rd time using AMS moving. Now let me say it will be the last. The estimator came to my home and quoted me a little of $4k for two trucks & a two day pack/load/ unload & travel fees to move me approximately 2-3 miles to my new home. Their office called and confirmed what she proposed. I also paid a $500 deposit. On the Monday before my move they called again to say they have me on the schedule for the move and would be there on Friday. I told them I was originally scheduled for Thursday pack & Friday move since my closing was on Friday. They said no problem, they were going to do a complete wrap and move in one day. I said OK because who am I to question it since this is what they supposedly do every day. Well Friday comes and the lead guy, who was very nice, arrives and is shocked. He said that it should have been a two day/ two truck move and he only has one truck. At that point forward my blood pressure & stress level increased. The first day crew was nice and it wasn’t their fault their main office messed up. The second day my patience was wearing thin. They waited until last to pack my refrigerator but failed to leave me a cooler to use. No problem says the lead guy, we will pack it and then unload it first thing. Yep, didn’t happen and when it did they put the refrigerated items under a bunch of other boxes and it wasn’t labeled (then again half the boxes aren’t labeled either), my freezer items I still can’t find and I fear they are in my garage behind and under a bunch of other items. I moved on Saturday and it’s Thursday and I am STILL unpacking because there was no rhyme or reason why they put the boxes where they did. Boxes that are labeled garage are in my living room, boxes labeled basement are in my dining room, boxes labeled master bedroom are in my dining room. The first day I paid $2800 the second day was $3560, plus don’t forget I paid $500. Now I am not a mathematician, but this is almost double what I was quoted. I called their office and let them know I was upset and all I got was an apology. At that point I didn’t want an apology I wanted the overage I was charged back. I told him that my frequent customer discount meant nothing at this point and his apology was just words and did nothing for me. He said that maybe they need to terminate the estimator, like it was her fault. I told him SHE was the one who quoted me properly, they messed up. I would have been better off renting a UHaul & hiring some day laborers to move me. I will NEVER EVER EVER hire this company again. Wish me luck as I continue to hunt for the frozen (now thawed & rotting food), my plates, my silverware, & linens. Don’t even get me started on the fact that you HAVE to pay the amount owed or they won’t unload. They were more worried about their paperwork than actually getting things packed.

  • Before hiring this company, read the many NEGATIVE complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. AMS was extremely careless, breaking the leg off an antique table because they did not wrap it, scratching a door in our home, removing and losing a glass shelf in a cabinet, and breaking a credenza. When I filed for damages, the headquarters in Texas did not meet the conditions of its own contract and refused to discuss it with me, even through the BBB. In addition, the movers arrived so late they could not finish the move. They did not return on the agreed upon date to finish, and when we rescheduled, they appeared 3 hours late with no communication. Their movers are clearly overworked, stating they have not had a day off in weeks. If the parent company in Texas were willing to discuss the disputed damages, I might be more sympathetic.
